The basic display has three main sections. The full left side is a slideshow of all recent announcements for the building. But, since the board is digital, you don’t have the space limitations. Do you have a set of pages that you wish were always available? Now they will be. You control the order, display time and frequency of the display. Additionally, the board comes with a web repository of all items, updated automatically, where residents can see any individual notice at any time. Have an important announcement every resident should know as soon as they walk in the building?
Animate it to get their attention!
Next, does your building have BuildingLink or similar system for tracking packages, a building calendar or amenity reservations? Integrate that information in an easily viewable section for residents. Have the displays rotate on a schedule of your choice.
Finally, have you ever left the building wondering when the next bus or subway will get to your stop? Can you walk or do you have to run? Stop wondering. We integrate realtime MTA information about the transit stops nearest to you. Don’t post the same page everyone has with generic information about every line in the city. Post the arrival times of the next few trains at the stop around the corner.
These sections are only a starting point. The entire display is customizable for your every need.
Lobby screens start at $30 per month and vary according to customization requirements and frequency of updates. We can supply the screen for a small added fee.
Additionally, if you wish to discuss more screens in other locations throughout your building, we would be happy to create a solution for your needs.
